A wonderful nose of chamomile and lemon balm. Ripe and succulent, but so elegant and silky on the mid-palate, then the lively acidity of the vintage really lights up the long finish. So much freshness there, but the acidity is already beautifully integrated. A cuvee of 70% auxerrois and 30% pinot blanc. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
