"COLOR: The wine is pale yellow with hints of green, revealing its youth. NOSE: The nose needs a bit of time (and air) to ripen. It opens on notes of pippins and butter, alongside hints of yeast due to its age. After breathing, the wine improves in precision and purity. Minerality and floral touches sit side-by-side, giving elegance to the whole. TASTE: In the mouth, the light-structured wine proves to be quite supple. Interestingly fat and dry, it recalls the chardonnay of northern Burgundy. Mid-palate, the wine is lively, flavorful and mouth-watering. Notes of green apples and citrus provide a backdrop to the rest. The finish is sharp and light, with the taste of green apples and citrus." -Winery
