"The Psychedelic Rooster "Sticki" is mostly made of Petite Sirah and a little touch of Zinfandel. It is aged in barrique and it is from the very best barrels of his Petite Sirah from the Frediani Ranch. It is rich with a good amount of residual sugar and around 15% alcohol. Aromas of black cherry and blackberry liqueur, sort of in the style of a Banyuls. There is very good acidity, full bodied wine with great viscosity and richness. Great with chocolate!" -Winery
