Opaque cardinal red in color.The nose is unctuous with notes of black pepper- corn, olives, dried fig, graphite and bayleaf. The mouthfeel is incredibly full and the palate absorbs overt flavors of bramble with notes of blackberry preserves, nutmeg, orange and clove pomander. Serve with rich food and exotic spices.
