Made from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from the Molsino, Valferana, Garavogile and Casacce vineyrads. All fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed and gently pressed. Aged on the lees for 5-6 months.

Shows vibrant notes of wild strawberry, cherry, rose petals and citrus. Bone-dry and mineral-driven, with bright acidity and a savory finish that reflects the volcanic soils of Gattinara.

This is perfect on its own but also pairs well with seafood, white meats, and light Italian dishes, offering an elegant and food-friendly expression of Nebbiolo.
