The 2021 Cascina delle Rose Rio Sordo is another stunner from this fantastic estate starting with its compelling aromas of forest berry, camphor, wild rose and dark exotic spice. More firmly structured than Tre Stelle and Marcorino, it has tightly wound, fine-grained tannins that support juicy Morello cherry, raspberry, licorice and ground clove while fresh acidity keeps it balanced and energized.
