A renovated estate with the younger generation now in charge. The Cannubi is fermented in oak, with malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank. Ageing lasts for 30 months (only for Cannubi) in large oak casks. Bright ruby in the glass, this 2019 seems to have lower concentration, with a chocolatey and minty character with cherry and pomegranate. Round to the fore, it's firm on the gums but chewy and lively thanks to brilliant acidity. A very balsamic style.
