"This second wine is made from batches that have come from young plots or less prestigious terroirs. It is aged for nine months in vats to obtain a wine that is fruity, round and supple. It can be enjoyed slightly cooler in the summer months and goes perfectly well with casual fine dining (BBQ, tajine, pasta…).
