Attractive pale yellow colour with steely hues. Very subtle and delicate fruit aromas. Good acidity on the palate, well balanced, flavourful and reminiscent of white fruits. Lingering and persistent aftertaste.
Selection of grapes from our organic vineyards. Cold maceration at a controlled temperature of 5-6ºC for 6 hours. Devatting of the must to ferment in a tank at a controlled temperature of 15ºC, fermentation lasts for 20 days. winery
