"Limia is made from 100% Loureiro that was hand-harvested from a single vineyard located in the Lima sub-region of Vinho Verde in northern Portugal. Following harvest, grapes were de-steemed, gently crushed with a pneumatic press, and aged for six months in stainless steel barrels. No C02 was added at bottling, a rarity for the Vinho Verde region. Aromatic on the nose with aromas of citrus, floral, and stone fruit. Medium-bodied and bone dry on the palate with bright and refreshing acidity."-Winery Limited production of 550 cases.
