"Bright blond yellow color with greenish shades. Aroma from yellow fruits, mainly quince. Rich in taste of lemon, tree flowers, acacia, eucylptus and bracken, intense acidity. Serve at 10-12°C. It accompanies grilled fish, shellfish, pasta with seafood or white sauces, dishes of Mediterranean cooking, rich aromatic cheese and salty cold meat." - Winery
