100% Harslevelu. Made from an ancient Austro-Hungarian variety, which Birgit has planted (over-grafted) on a .5 ha parcel. A layered bouquet with aromas of hay, almonds, prunes, and lime blossom. Fresh and elegant on the palate, different and complex, with a lovely finish. A wine that gets better with every sip.

These wines seem to prove that there is more to "terroir" than the right vines on large soil in a suitable climate. Namely, the unique personality of the winemaker. Or even better: the winemaker, as in Birgit's case. Her wines appear delicate, sensitive and delicate, but always self-confident; sparkling and dancing on the palate, always full of harmony and balance. You notice the fine hand with which the grapes are brought to maturity, the passion with which the nearly six hectares are cultivated, the gentle ambition that motivates us to get even more quality and finesse out of the vineyards year after year.
