Saverio Faro is a relatively new label from Italian winery Progetti Agricoli and we were blown away by the quality in the bottle! Grillo is native to Sicily and is rapidly gaining popularity in the US. It's a slightly fuller-bodied alternative to Pinot Grigio that adds serious complexity to the world of Italian white wines.

This Grillo doesn't see any oak and has a beautifully fresh and inviting aroma that leads into white fruit flavors and a touch of zippy acidity in the finish. This is the ideal bottle of white for fresh fish or shellfish but can easily be enjoyed on its own.
