Born in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, Manon comes from a selection of the best plots in the appellation. Its emblem, the olive tree, recalls the preferred terroir of our rosé between sea and land, amidst Mediterranean landscapes.
The blending and aging of Manon are carried out by our teams with a constant focus on showcasing the typicity and authenticity of the terroir from which the grapes originate. This meticulous work is orchestrated by our oenologist, Pierre Vieillescazes. Winemaking
The grapes are crushed and then destemmed. This is followed by a cold pre-fermentation maceration before pneumatic pressing. Vinification takes place at low temperatures. Tasting notes
A clear, brilliant pink wine. The nose offers aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle) and stone fruits (peach). The palate is rich, powerful, and fresh with remarkable aromatic persistence. Its silky texture gives it a beautiful finish.
