Domaines Ott⋆ produces wines in two AOC areas, AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Bandol, and strives to bring out the best of their terroirs, true jewels of nature. Grown organically, the grapes – sourced from our own vineyards and those of partner wnegrowers – are carefully vinified and blended by our team. The Grenache offers texture and a generous fruitiness, the Cinsault brings freshness, while the Syrah and Mourvèdre add depth and length on the palate. This wine boasts a lovely bright appearance and expressive nose, dominated by yellow fruit with a subtle exotic touch. On the palate, the mineral freshness is balanced by a supple texture, borne by a delicately tangy finish.
