The Domaine de Fenouillet covers 35 hectares in the heart of the Southern Rh么ne Valley, where the richness of our terroir can fully express itself. Our vines are spread across 8 communes benefiting from varied soils and ideal exposures: sandy Miocene soils in Beaumes-de-Venise, stony slopes of Saint-Hippolyte, clay-limestone terraces in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, as well as sandy stony soils.
Nestled between limestone hills and sunny slopes, our plots benefit from a microclimate that offers ideal conditions for the production of balanced, powerful and aromatic wines.
This diversity of grape varieties and terroirs allows us to produce authentic, expressive and typical C么tes du Rh么ne wines, reflecting the unique identity of our region.
AOC Beaumes de Venise Rouge : A rich and complex wine typical of the wines of our appellation.
AOC Muscat de Beaumes de Venise : A naturally sweet wine made from 100% Muscat 脿 petits grains, the emblem of Beaumes-de-Venise, fresh, fruity and delicately floral.
AOC Vacqueyras Rouge : A powerful yet refined wine with a beautiful length. A cuv茅e that expresses the richness of the Vacqueyras terroir.
AOC Ventoux : A fruity and approachable wine, perfect for simple and generous cuisine. It embodies the spirit of Ventoux wines: sincere and delicious.

Today the fifth generation perpetuates the family legacy while breathing new life into the Fenouillet estate.
To produce sincere organic wines , true to their terroir , in harmony with nature, grape varieties and the climate of our region.
The vineyard has been certified organic since 2012. Our philosophy is based on a natural approach to working the vines and making wine. Zero herbicides. We promote biodiversity and cultivate our soils with care, limiting interventions to the bare minimum. Each plot is carefully tended to reveal the unique character of its terroir. In the cellar, vinification is precise, extractions gentle, and sulfites kept to a minimum.
