The 2022 Grey GCM Rosé was produced with 70% Garnacha, 15% Cariñena and 15% Mataró or Monastrell from their La Roblería Vineyard in Apalta. It's fresh and light at 12.5% alcohol with an extremely low pH (3.06) and good acidity. It's austere, clean and fresh, balanced and bone dry. It fermented together (the bunches pressed together) and matured in untoasted oval 2,500-liter French oak foudres for six months. A rosé for food. 6,600 bottles produced.
