A big blend of varieties from three regions in South Australia, this is a wild and only slightly funky rosé. It smells like roadside strawberries still on their stems, watermelon rind and candied orange, with a saline streak. The palate is juicy and textured. It needs to be well chilled to bring out the refreshment factor, then it's frighteningly easy to drink. — Christina Pickard
