The young and unoaked 2022 Rubus (Juanvi in the US) is a blend of approximately 70% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo and 10% Syrah that fermented and matured in concrete to keep the fruit-driven and juicy character. 2022 was a warm and dry year, but he still managed to keep the alcohol to a moderate 13.7%. Despite the parameters, there is a sense of ripeness, probably from the warm year, and the wine is primary and juicy, with a soft mouthfeel. 18,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023.
