We have produced this wine in a spirit of purity, without artifice (no yeasts or sulphates). If it has a slight deposit, this is natural because it is a young wine that has not received any treatment. Besides, as the grandfather of a friend said: "The bottom is not poison!". It will be the companion of informal and friendly evenings around improvised meals.

Ruby in color, lively with purple reflections, the wine is young and cheerful. Its nose combines red fruits and spices. On the palate they are frank, pure, on strawberries, morello cherries, violets and a slightly liquorice finish.
