Product Description:
Domaine les Haut Cances was created by two retired doctors, Anne-Marie and Jean-Marie Astart. They inherited about 15 hectares of vines in 1992 from Anne-Marie's family, and instead of selling the land they decided to give winemaking a shot. They are located in the center of Cairanne, it's own AOC since 2016. Their wines are very traditional, and quite concentrated. Recently, the Astarts have retired but left their winery in the very capable hands of the Gigondas family (the Amadieus) that will continue the tradition.
