Inspired by the vineyards of Burgundy, our commitment is to achieve finesse and elegance in each of our wines. Terroirs & Location A single plot named 'Les Claux' on the left bank of the Rhône located in the Gard, in the commune of Saint-Geniès-de-Comolas Viticulture Respectful of living organisms and the soil, taking care of ecosystems as a whole. Our agricultural and agronomic practices, which promote biodiversity, meet the requirements of the Certipaq and Ecocert specifications for Organic Agriculture, as well as those of Biodyvin and Demeter for Biodynamic Agriculture The grapes are directly cold-pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The vinification is carried out at a low temperature with regular monitoring to preserve freshness during tasting The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks Vinification & Aging Tasting Nose : It offers an expressive aromatic bouquet, blending floral notes, particularly orange blossom, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits like pear and peach. A subtle hint of citrus, reminiscent of lemon, adds a sensation of freshness Palate : Liveliness and freshness dominate, with pronounced notes of lemon. The finish is rather smooth." WINERY.
