A truly representative wine of the high altitude vineyards of the Alijo Plateau in the heart of the Douro, benefiting from cooler nights. The fermentation occurred at low temperature to preserve primary aromas and the wine then aged for 12 months in 400 liter French oak barrels. Elegant and mineral with a fantastic structure that invites foods such as roasted chicken, grilled seabass or a cheese platter.
