It is obtained from Glera grapes in purity, coming exclusively from high hills vineyards located on the hilly ridge that links Conegliano to Valdobbiadene. Here, time has stopped and the extreme slopes force winegrowers to carry out most of the tasks in the vineyards manually. This harsh environment is indeed the secret of the quality of the Prosecco Superiore. The combination of poor and dry soils, large temperature ranges between the day and the night, excellent solar exposition and constant ventilation make this environment unique, allowing our Prosecco to achieve that incredible quality that turned it famous worldwide.
