"Composed of 100% glera grapes grown exclusively on the hills of Valdobbiadene, Altaneve is the Blanc de Blancs of Proseccos. Due to the steep vineyards, the grape clusters are handpicked and hand-selected one-by-one and harvested at their perfect ripeness. This harvesting method results in the freshest grapes that require the least amount of preservatives (sulfites) during the winemaking process.
