A rich, dark wine with ripe cherries, raspberries, cocoa powder and subtle black pepper on the nose. Full-bodied, dense and velvety with thick tannins and toasty flavors, it shows crisp acidity and a finish of almonds and marzipan. Drink or hold.

Product Description:

This is Bussola’s benchmark Amarone crafted from old Corvinone, Corvina Grossa and Rondinella vines which are all low yielding clones. The vines grow on steep hillside terraces on basalt and chalky gravel soils which helps to create intense grapes with plenty of aromatics and character.
