Full and enticing nose of dried pears, candied citrus and brioche. Quite generous and creamy on the front of the medium-bodied palate, then sleeker and more citrusy in the tangy finish. Bright, nicely integrated mousse. A complex cuvee of wines from 60% Coteaux Vitryats and 40% Vallee de la Marne, of which 50% is chardonnay, 35% pinot meunier and 15% pinot noir.
