The 2024 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc has mainly yellow fruit on the nose, touches of beeswax and passion fruit - good presence and vigour. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry, quite weighty and packed with flavour; it has the acidity to maintain freshness. I can imagine popping this soon after bottling without an ounce of regret.
