The Cuvée Windward Chardonnay comes mostly from MarFarm Vineyard, with a small component from Oliver’s Vineyard, which includes some of the oldest Chardonnay in the Edna Valley. Native yeast fermentation in neutral French oak barrels, where the wine matures for five months on the lees before bottling, results in a vibrant, tense, and juicy expression of coastal California Chardonnay.
