Isabelle & Denis Pommier Petit Chablis Hauterivien is an organic, dry white wine from Burgundy, France, made from Chardonnay grapes. It is known for its fresh aromas of white fruit and blossoms, a balanced palate with crisp acidity and mineral-driven, salty finish, and versatile food pairings, especially with seafood, fish, and light meats. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for about six months and is typically meant to be consumed young. Harvest : Mecanical Work in the vines : Organic practices, work of the soils, disbudding Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation on native yeasts and malolactic fermentation on regulated stainless steel tanks.
