True artisans, their expertise has been passed down through the family for 10 generations. Fabienne Narjoux and Frantz Normand have been continuing their winemaking activities for the Mercurey and Aligoté appellations for several years, following in the footsteps of Guy Narjoux. Respectful of their land, they strive to practice healthy and clean farming. They age their wine according to its maturation rate, the climatic hazards, and the particularities of the soils of their plots. Their vines are located exclusively in the village of Saint-Martin-sous-Montaigu, 12km from Chalon/Saône, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise.
