All the fruit for this wine comes from 3 hectares of estate vineyards in Monthelie, a commune situated between Volnay and Meursault in the Cote de Beaune. A beautiful light gold in the glass, offering up a wave of golden apple, invigorating mint and mango custard. Intricately woven on the palate with great tension, base notes of whipped heavy cream and buttercream contrast with bright lime zest, peppermint and late Autumn apples set over top of a vein of minerally lift. Finishes long and graceful with underlying frangipane tones.
