Light gold color with green highlights. The nose is very fresh, lively and mineral with flint, green apple, lemon, underbrush and field mushroom. On the palate the Chablis shows aromas of lime, mint, acacia and freshly-cut hay. Baudouin strives to produce wines with strong sense of place in order to showcase the purity of the Chardonnay grown on the signature soil of Chablis: Kimmeridgian soil
