A wisp of honeydew melon melds with aromas of shortbread, Thai basil, gunflint and butter. This is a lighter-bodied Chardonnay where just enough acidity matches up with flavors of lemon, toasted marshmallow and white grapefruit. Given that trovato means "found" in Italian, it is appropriate that this wine is a nice find.

Notes of ripe mangoes and peaches with toffee, caramel and hints of pie crust. Creamy and opulent on the palate with a medium to full body and lengthy finish. Drink or hold.
