The 2020 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les 3 Terroirs was harvested in Montgueux, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vindey. The base wines did not go through malolactic conversion. A very shy nose leads to a super-slender palate with wonderfully fine mousse and brisk tension, a most welcome quality considering the hot 2020 vintage. This is a wonderful wine, offering all the elegance and fine-boned self-evidence we have come to expect from Gonet. The finish is gratifyingly lip-smacking. Dosage is 4 grams per liter.
