The nose is redolent of lemon zest with smoked ay and an effusive sea water-like component, almost like a clam bake! The aromas continue and give way to a feint note of white peach skin and a sight herbal twang. The palate is vivid and constricted at the same time giving you just a little bit at a time but with air the palate matches the nose with beautiful fruit expressions unfolding. It is an elegant and understated wine with just enough grip to let you know it was skin-fermented but not too much to turn off the 'casual' orange wine drinker. -Winery
