Product Description:

The Viré Clessé "QUINTAINE" from the Chardonnay grape variety is grown on approximately 3 hectares, located on the hillside of QUINTAINE, in Clessé, on clay-limestone marl soils. The average age of the vineyard is around fifty years. The QUINTAINE cuvée is aged exclusively in stainless steel vats (fermentation under controlled temperature) for 18 to 20 months before bottling.
