The 2013 Blanc de Blancs d’Aÿ is fabulous. It marries all the energy of this late season with tons of Aÿ power. Exotic floral notes meld into tangerine peel, spice, dried flowers, marzipan and chamomile. Time in the glass brings out the wine's natural breadth and volume. This is impeccably done and so exotic. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: October, 2022.
