"A blanc de blancs from a parcel with clay soil at the lower section of the parcel and chalk at the top. Some very attractive aromas of white peaches and lemon cream with striking purity and gently nutty, savory notes. The palate has a very fleshy opening with a supple, smooth feel and an elegant, creamy, blood-orange core that flows long into the dry, fresh and quite chalky finish. Drink or hold."

No heavy mechanical machines were used in the maintenance of this vineyard, which has solemnly been worked by man and by horse. Vénus is the domain’s single vineyard emblem. Bottled under cork. Disgorged 2 months before the release date without dosage." - Winery
