The benchmark of the estate, this ‘Cuvée de Chardonnay’ was aged on bottle sur lie for ten years prior to disgorgement, with a dosage of five grams per liter. Showing a fresh apple, stone fruit and lemon curd aromatic profile, it is fuller in body than the Intégral, rich and very mineral on the back end, with a gorgeous mousse and a long, tangy citrus and brioche finish.
