"David Gordon has been the Wine Director at Tribeca Grill since 1990. Several years ago, he began to use his contacts in Napa and Sonoma to source and produce wine under the Bacchus and Jeanne Marie (his wife) labels. Initially the small batches made were sold only at Tribeca Grill, Nobu and Montrachet. Producers such as Caymus, Lewis Cellars and Miner Family provided grapes and helped with the winemaking. As consumer interest grew, he decided to try and produce greater quantities and make the wine more available to retailers and other restaurants. There is great continuity on these wines now. Medium bodied, ripe and refreshing. 25% barrel fermented. Aged in stainless steel." -Winery

Looking for a great cheese pairing for this wine?
Piave is a great fit for this chardonnay. Both have malactic and citrus type flavors. Piave is rich and robust, with a creamy and addicting finish. This Italian favorite is a great pairing for various chardonnays and reds with some acidity, mostly chianti and chardonnay.
