This would be a superb wine at three times the price, offering far more in flavor, texture and stability than most anything in its price class. Deep aromas of blackberry, peppercorn, woodspice and oregano lead from the nose into a rich palate that's lush but bone dry. FLavors of blue and red fruit are dusted in espresso and baking spice, finishing on a chocolate note.

It shows pulpy redcurrant, juicy blackcurrant, and subtle strawberry, with hints of cherry, fresh flowers, delicate minerality, olive, licorice, and spice. The tannins are precise and smooth.
