Chewy and fleshy but ripe and juicy too, a good combination that really fills the mouth all the while staying sleek and finessed. I like this expression, great definition and detail while still being really enjoyable. It has structure and power with clearly ripe fruit and fleshy tannins. Grippy and with plenty of personality. Organic. Tasted twice.
