"Essentially our ‘Reserve’, the Minerva represents a selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon of the vintage. In the glass, the colour is absolutely stunning: completely saturated black with an incredibly narrow, vibrant and vivid crimson rim. The beautifully fragrant nose shows a combination of complex, savoury characters including spice and tobacco and lots of delicious dark blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. The silky, velvety and intense palate is filled with gorgeous, sweet black fruit – lots more blackberry and blackcurrant – and there’s really nice weight, depth and texture.
