The 2020 Hollick Red Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Hollick Wines, which is based in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.

All estate fruit grown on terra rossa soils is used for this bottling. The nose offers aromas of berries and red fruit, with subtle blended oak and vegetal/herbaceous character. The palate is rich with blackcurrant, plum, and oak, and has a full-bodied structure and long finish.

This wine is incredibly complex and will be sure to impress all of the wine drinkers in your life!
