This is splendidly fruited and enticing on the nose with cassis, subtle tobacco, olive and hazelnut characters. The palate delivers excellent weight and depth, wonderfully complemented by fine flow and beautifully layered mouthfeel. It's superbly structured by fine chalky tannins, finishing impressively long and structured. At its best: now to 2035.
