The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a powerful, driving wine. Inky red raspberry jam, rose petal, iron, game, cedar and tobacco give the 2018 a good bit of aromatic savoriness. Here, too, the tannins need time to soften. The intense floral qualities of Clone 337 Cabernet are very much in evidence.
