Red wine made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Alicante Bouschet, aged for 18 months in oak, partly in 500-liter barrels and partly in 25-hl foudres. It has a similar style to the 2019, but with more structure, ripe red and black fruits and volume on the palate, but with vibrant acidity and a tense texture, which bring a certain fluidity and balance to the whole. It has a juicy, fleshy and persistent finish, with hints of plums, spices, licorice and herbs.
