Ruby color. Aromas of berry cobbler, black pepper, and frosted raspberry Danish with a vibrant, fruity medium-full body and an engaging, medium-long spiced plums, rosemary, and olive studded baguette finish. A big fruity red with nice grippy tannins; a dream with charcuterie.

While Strala Vineyards may not be one of the oldest wineries in Napa Valley, they have made some noise in the recent years and are producing some incredible wines!

What started as a tiny micro winery making 300 cases a year has now become a larger and more significant project, with multiple different styles and bottlings of wine. The Proprietary Red is a Left Bank Bordeaux Blend that is bright with fruit flavors, but still full bodied and structured like a classic Napa Red.

A big fruity red with nice grippy tannins; a dream with charcuterie.
