Complices de Loire is an association of two vine growers and winemakers from Loire Valley, François-Xavier Barc et Gérald Vallée.
Originated from Loire Valley, François-Xavier Barc, made his studies in Chinon and Saint-Emilion wine regions. Surrounded with the wine growers who share the same philosophy and a wine passion, he has been creating around 15 cuvées divided into 3 different wine ranges
Gérald Vallée comes from a long line of winemakers. He manages his family owned Domaine de la Cotelleraie situated in the heart of Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil.
The color is brilliant red. Nose is charming and full of ripe fruits. This wine is characterized by its elegance and generosity. Long lasting and well balanced taste with elegant tannins and a nice touch of acidity.
THE PARCELS ARE SITUATED IN THE AREA OF CLAY-BASED
SOIL WITH GRAVELS. THIS IS A TERROIR OF EXCELLENCE, THE
WINES PRODUCED ARE RICH, SILKY WITH A GREAT AGING
POTENTIAL.
TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION OF RED WINES IN STAINLESS STEEL
TANKS. THE WINE IS THEN AGED IN STAINLESS STEEL TANK FOR
A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS BEFORE BOTTLING.
THE COLOR IS BRILLIANT RED. NOSE IS CHARMING AND FULL
OF RIPE FRUITS. THIS WINE IS CHARACTERIZED BY ITS
ELEGANCE AND GENEROSITY. LONG LASTING AND WELL
BALANCED TASTE WITH ELEGANT TANNINS AND A NICE TOUCH
OF ACIDITY.
CAN BE ENJOYED WITH MUSHROOMS QUICHE, BEEF FILLET
WITH ROQUEFORT SAUCE, FRENCH POT A FEU, DUCK BREASTS
(MAGRETS) IN SAUCE OF 3 PEPPERS, PONT L'EVÊQUE OR
